Manage Cap Table
Use this section when the issuer already exists and you need supporting records, optional acceptance, or a read of the current cap table.
Use Create Stock Class, Create Stakeholder, and Issue Stock for the first setup flow.
- Add Supporting Records is for stock legends, stock plans, stakeholder wallet changes, and related read routes.
- Issue and Accept Stock is for separate stock acceptance events after issuance.
- View Cap Table is for current stock holdings by issuer.
