Manage Issuer

Use this section when the issuer already exists and you need one of three answers:

• register or import an existing issuer
• see what happened already
• understand which routes create new history

• Register or Import Issuer is for externally deployed cap tables, factory registration, and manifest imports.
• View History is for checking whether a stock action or adjustment has already been recorded.
• Add New History is for understanding which routes create a new history entry and which ones only save data.
