Corporate Actions

Use this section after the first stock issuance, when you need to change holdings or save supporting data for later transactions.

• Use Transfer, Cancel, and Reissue Stock when you are changing an existing stock issuance or adjusting authorized shares.
• Use Save Equity Compensation and Convertibles when you need to save equity compensation or convertible issuances through the API.
• Use Save Valuations and Terms when you need pricing, vesting, legend, plan, or stock class support records.

A few stock action formats exist in the model but not as public create routes:

• stock conversion and stock class split can be saved as records, but they do not have public create routes
• stock consolidation is not available through TAP today
